PAYMENT

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Our checkout process uses Shopify Payments or PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as Shopify or PayPal. All prices are in USD.

 

We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, and PayPal. So, all in your order and your information is super secure!

 

SHIPPING

How much time does order processing and shipping take?

    Orders during Holidays  take 3-5  business days (M-F) to be processed and shipped. We create the products from scratch (handmade) . Once shipped, orders may take up to 4-7 business days with standard shipping methods. Orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM (EST) will be processed the following week.

For a small fee you can obtain your product 3-5 day. Expedited shipping methods do not include processing times.

We primarily ship orders placed with standard shipping through USPS.

What is this store's exchange policy? 

FOR MOST PRODUCTS: we offer a 7 day exchange policy. If you would like to exchange your product, just email us at support@merakihealthy.com and we will provide you with a return address. Please note, you are responsible for return costs.

Please note, any product which has health usage (Soap, exfoliators, skincare product) are not covered due to hygiene concerns.

 

What is this store's return policy?

All Clearance and Sale items are final sale.

Please note: We are not able to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier. Meraki healthy does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen. Purchases made through unauthorized Meraki healthy retailers do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do? 

If it is beyond the estimated shipping times since you have placed your order, just email us with your order number at support@merakihealthy.com and we will start checking it ASAP.

 

Help! My package has arrived damaged/has the wrong products/is missing products/etc.!

Soaps that arrive damaged are eligible for replacement at no additional cost. Email photos of the damage to support@merakihealthy.com. If the outer shipping box is damaged, please help us by taking photos of this as well.

 

How long do I wait to open and use your products?

We recommend you use our products within 12 months for the best results, as the color and fragrances may begin to fade after that amount of time.  However, our soaps will still get you clean after the fragrance and colors are long gone!
